To make this recipe begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.
Then, generously grease a 6-1/4” mini cast iron skillet with non-stick cooking spray or butter. Alternatively, you can use a 6” cake pan if you don’t have a mini cast iron skillet, but you may need to adjust the baking time. Set the prepared skillet aside.
