Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened non-dairy milk such as oat, almond, or soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons white whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons flavorless oil such as canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Combine the unsweetened non-dairy milk, flour, cocoa powder, flavorless oil, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a microwave-safe mug.
  • Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
  • Microwave the brownie mug for 45 to 60 seconds, being careful not to burn the chocolate. Allow brownie mug to cool for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
