Easy, Healthy Recipes
In addition to being a registered dietitian-nutritionist, I also work as a recipe developer. My specialties include easy, healthy meals, snacks, and sweets. In particular, I tend to emphasize healthy dessert recipes because I have a huge sweet tooth!
After all, my motto is that life is too short to skip dessert. So why not take a bite out of life!
Here at Bite Out of Life Nutrition, you’ll find quick breakfast recipes, plant-based lunch ideas, healthy snacks, quick and easy dinners, and, of course, desserts.
All of these recipes are written by a registered dietitian and are nutritionally balanced and frequently plant-based.
These are also foods that I eat myself as part of a varied diet. I used to have a restricted view of diet and nutrition, continually picking apart the things I didn’t like about myself or my body. Now I approach food and nutrition differently. I eat foods that make me feel good, but that also make me happy.
While I don’t follow any particular diet, you will find plenty of gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian meal ideas. Additionally, many of these meals are fast and easy because time is valuable. I understand that no one has hours to spend making dinner, which is why I try my best to create recipes that are one-pot meals or that can be pulled together in under 30 minutes.
